return the item

The customer has full right to use the right to return the purchased item within 2 days of receiving the order. In case of returning the item, contact the operator of the call center or write to us by e-mail.

Item return conditions

1. The item should not show signs of use;
2. The item must not be damaged;
3. It is necessary to present a receipt.

Refund terms

Refund will be made within 1-3 working days (Bank of Georgia), in the case of other banks, up to 5-7 days.
